Step 1
Access to "Caderneta Predial" is done through the "Portal das Finanças".
The first step is to access the portal at the following address: www.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt

On this page you should click on "Serviços Tributários".
Step 3
Once here, you can register on the "Portal das Finanças". At the top right fills your data, Tax Identification Number (VAT number) and password (the same you use to deliver your tax return) and click "Entrar" (green button).
Or you can continue without registering, (you will register ahead)
Click on “Cidadões”.
Step 4
On this page, pull it down and click on “Património”.
Step 5
Click on “Imóveis”.
Step 6
Click on “Património Predial”.
Case has not yet been registered with the "Portal das Finanças" (step 3), you will see a registration page, fill in your details, Tax Identification Number (VAT number) and password (the same you use to deliver your tax return) and click on "Entrar" (green button) and will be forwarded to the next page.
Step 7
If you need, search for your property using the options available (the parish, "freguesia", and the type, "tipo", of the property).
The table below will show your real estate, click on "Caderneta".
Step 8
Will open a new window (or tab) with your "Caderneta Predial".
Here you can save your "Caderneta Predial" in Portable Document Format (.pdf) or print it.
